摘要：社区治理作为国家社会治理的重要抓手,是新时代背景下社会建设的重要内容。中国城市社区治理的发展可分为“社区”技术化、“社区”多样化以及“社区”本体化三大阶段。不可否认的是,在不同的社会条件、社会需求和历史背景下,治理制度和实践行动会发生不同程度的流变,但在新时代发展背景下,“社区”在我国城市治理体系中的功能已经越来越明晰。因此,应当对当下城市社区治理面临的现实挑战进行审视,并在中国本土的发展语境中寻找新的治理突破口。
As an important starting point for national social governance,community governance is an important part of social construction in the new era.The development of urban community governance in China can be divided into three stages:“community”technologization,“community”diversification and“community”ontology.What is undeniable is that in different social conditions,social and historical background,the management system and the practical action can produce different degrees of rheology,but in the context of development in the new era,the function of“community”in China’s urban governance system has become more and more clear.Therefore,it is necessary to examine the realistic challenges faced by urban community governance and find a new breakthrough in China’s local development.
