摘要:用水热法制备了六方相NaYF4:Er3+,Dy3+荧光粉。通过在NaYF4:Er3+中共掺Dy3+,拓宽上转换荧光粉的吸收峰,以增加太阳能电池在红外光谱区的吸收范围。通过X射线衍射和分光光度计检测和分析了共掺Dy3+对荧光粉的晶体结构和晶格缺陷的影响以及拓宽荧光粉在红外光谱区的吸收范围。结果表明:共掺Dy3+后,晶胞产生了晶格缺陷。特别是,NaYF4:Er3+,Dy3+荧光粉在近红外光谱区呈现出了宽的吸收带(在1 115 nm和1 300 nm处,增加了2个新的吸收峰),这些宽的吸收带可适用于太阳能电池。
The hexagonal-phased NaYF4:Er^3+,Dy^3+ phosphors were synthesized by hydrothermal method.There is a significant broadening of the absorption spectrum of the NaYF4:Er3 with Dy^3+ doping in near infrared range.The effects of Dy^3+ on the crystal structural and lattice defects of phosphors were investigated by X-ray diffraction.The broaden absorption spectrum was measured by spectrophotometer.In particular,NaYF4:Er^3+,Dy^3+ phosphors show the characteristic absorption bands in the near infrared region between 1 000 and 1 500 nm,which have potential in solar cell applications.
