摘要：三聚磷酸铝是一种性能优良的防腐颜料,将其添加到涂料中可有效抑制金属腐蚀。由于三聚磷酸铝的酸性和难溶性会影响其防腐效果,通常需要用其他物质对其进行改性。简要介绍了三聚磷酸铝的几种制备方法,综述了氧化物、盐类、矿物以及有机物等改性三聚磷酸铝颜料的防腐性能,并展望了其在改性方面的发展趋势。
Aluminum tripolyphosphate is an excellent anticorrosive pigment,which can effectively inhibit the corrosion of metals. However,the acidity and poor solubility of aluminum tripolyphosphate will reduce its anti-corrosion effect,it usually need to be modified with other substances. In this paper,several preparation methods of aluminum tripolyphosphate were introduced briefly,the anticorrosion performances of aluminum tripolyphosphate modified with oxides,salts,minerals and organics were reviewed,and the development trend of its modifications was prospected.
