摘要：深入推进文体旅融合改革,成为体育旅游资源整合、提质增效的重要支撑。本研究立足文体旅融合发展背景,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对体育旅游资源整合的演化轨迹、现实困境进行系统审视,并对文旅融合背景下体育旅游政策规制匮乏,协同联动性不强;管理主体分散,资源整合力不足;资源配置不均,产品同质化严重;跨界融合不深,人才结构性短缺等症结进行多维探讨及肇因剖析,从政策制度、资源整合、创新发展、人才培养等方面提出优化方案,以促进优势互补、形成发展合力,推动体育旅游业健康持续发展。
Deeply promoting the reform of cultural,sports and tourism integration has become an important support for the integration of sports tourism resources and the improvement of quality and efficiency.Based on the background of cultural,sports and tourism integration development,this study uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to systematically examine the evolutionary trajectory and realistic dilemma of sports tourism resource integration.Through a multi-dimensional discussion and analysis of the causes of problems such as insufficient policy regulation and weak synergy of sports tourism in the context of cultural tourism integration,scattered management bodies and insufficient resource integration,uneven resource allocation and serious homogenization of products,lack of cross-border integration and structural shortage of talents.From the aspects of policy system,resource integration,innovation and development,talent training,the authors gives an optimization program to promote complementarity and form development synergies,with a view to promote the healthy and sustainable development of sports tourism.
