摘要:对酯化反应过程中发生的传质分别进行了分析和研究,得到了TPA溶解度关联式;EG,水和齐聚物的汽液平衡数据;
Experimental studies of mass transfers in the continuous esterification between TPA and EG were conducted on the solubility of solid TPA in the reaction mixture, on the equilibrium of EG, water and oligomers. The correlation formulas of the mass transfer rates of EG and water from liquid phase to vapor phase have been established by using the data of commercial plant operation. The mathematical model of the rectification tower of EG and water have been given by simplifing the process.
