摘要：当今美国掀起的中美贸易摩擦或将进一步加剧世界体系内部的逆全球化浪潮。逆全球化是资本主义内在结构性矛盾累积到一定程度的必然产物,其本质是新兴国家克服资本悖论、追求经济正义进而实现国富民强的历史实践与资本主义守成大国主导的、国际垄断资本支配的全球资本积累结构之间的矛盾。从世界经济发展的趋势来看,资本主义国家和国际垄断资本将采取程度更剧烈、形式更复杂的逆全球化手段遏制新兴发展中国家及新兴经济体的崛起并维护已建立的全球资本积累结构,但资本主义国家内部的工人阶级斗争及新兴发展中国家追求国富民强的实践运动将促使全球资本积累结构缓慢瓦解,并基于此构建以合作共赢为轴心的新型国际关系。
The trade friction between China and U.S.which has being provoked by the United States,will aggravate the wave of anti-globalization within the world system.The anti-globalization is the inevitable outcome of the accumulation of structural contradictions of Capitalism.Its essence is the contradiction between the historical practice of which emerging countries have overcoming the capital paradox,pursuing economic justice,realizing the prosperity and the global capital accumulation structure which leaded by developed capitalist countries and dominated by international monopoly capital.From the perspective of the trend of world economic development,capitalist countries and international monopoly capital will adopt a more intense and complicated form of anti-globalization to curb the rise of emerging developing countries and emerging economies,to maintain the established global capital accumulation structure.However,the working class struggle inside the capitalist countries and the historical practice of the emerging developing countries to achieve the prosperity of the country and the people will promote the slow collapse of the global capital accumulation structure and build a new type of international relationship which based on cooperation and mutual benefit.
