摘要:NOVELTY - Method for extracting and separating active component of traditional Chinese medicine, involves (a) adding traditional Chinese medicine in extracting device and extracting the Chinese medicine with extractant, and (b) transferring the extracted solution to separating device and separating the solution, transferring the residual solution into the separating device and extracting the solution continuously until the extracted solution is lower than preset value in extracting device and collecting the target component. USE - The method is useful for extracting and separating active component of traditional Chinese medicine, preferably root of red-rooted Salvia or fructus gardeniae, where the active component is in the form of extract or powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is rapid and environmental-friendly, consumes low energy and significantly reduces the use of organic solvent. The acyive component of Chinese medicinal herbs can be produced in large quantities with high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for extracting and separating active component of traditional Chinese medicine, involves (a) adding traditional Chinese medicine in extracting device and extracting the Chinese medicine with extractant, (b) transferring the extracted solution into separating device and separating the transferred solution, transferring the residual solution to the separating device and extracting the solution continuously until the extracted solution is lower than preset value in extracting device and (c) collecting the target component. The separating device is not fixed-bed or expanded chromatographic separation device. The extracting device is chosen from dynamic circulating and extracting device, tank countercurrent extracting device, ultrasonic extracting device, microwave extracting device and percolation extracting device.
