摘要：个体性与集体性抗争是农民工争取和维护自身权益的两种基本形式。文章在描述农民工抗争行为现状的基础上,从工作环境、工厂管理体制和农民工内部关系3个方面分析了农民工抗争行为的组织和社会基础。结果发现,工作环境的恶劣和缺少工作保护是激发工人集体性抗争的重要原因;在工厂管理体制上,经常拖欠工资、车间冲突容易导致农民工的各种抗争;工厂的利益诉求机制畅通虽然对集体性抗争没有显著影响,但能够有效地抑制个体性抗争;农民工群体内部的紧密关系虽然对集体性抗争行为没有显著影响,但有助于他们形成消极性抗争和个体性抗争的共识。文章最后指出,只有尊重农民工作为劳动者和人的基本权利,将"人本关怀"植入科学管理的过程中,才能从根本上避免农民工的各种抗争行为,并真正通过建构和谐生产关系来实现工厂绩效的提高。
Individual and Collective resistance are two basic forms of migrant workers' behavior to protect their rights.Based on a description of migrant workers' resistant behaviors,this article analyses the organizational and social foundation of their resistant behavior.Research reveals that undesirable work circumstance and poor labor protection are the main causes of collective resistance.Arrears of wages and conflicts at workplace increase the occurrence of both forms of individual and collective resistant behavior.Unhindered access to the appeal and counsel procedure reduces the risk of individual resistance even though it has no significant effect on collective resistance.Although migrant workers' close relationship has little effect on their collective resistance,it will increase the workers' consent of passive and individual resistance.The paper points out that only when employers respect the migrant workers' basic human rights and implant human care into the process of management,can the resistance be avoided.The plant performance can be improved through the constructing of harmonious relations of production.
