摘要:采用聚丙烯中空纤维微滤膜生物反应器(MBR)对聚氯乙烯工业废水进行了实验室研究,讨论了废水的停留时间(HRT)、活性污泥浓度(MLSS)和曝气量(Q)等对废水化学需氧量(COD)和固体悬浮物(SS)去除效果的影响,结果表明采用MBR处理聚氯乙烯工业废水较适宜的操作条件为:停留时间(HRT)24h,活性污泥浓度(MLSS)10g/L,曝气量(Q)0.4m3/h,温度25℃,MBR处理过的聚氯乙烯工业废水的出水COD和SS分别可达16mg/L和5mg/L,COD和SS去除率在90%以上。
The effects of hydrodynamic retention time (HRT),ac ti vated sludge concentration (MLSS) and air flow rate (Q) on the removal efficienc y for chemical oxygen demand (COD) and solid suspension (SS) in poly-vinyl chlo ride industrial wastewater were investigated using PP hollow microfiltration mem brane bioreactor (MBR). The effects of new membrane and cleaning membrane on the removal efficiency for COD and SS in poly-vinyl chlorde industrial wastewater were discussed.On the basis of the laboratory experimental results,the suitable operating conditions for the treatment of poly-vinyl chloride industrial wastew ater by MBR were as follows:HRT24h;MLSS 10g/L;Q 0.4m3/h;temperature 25℃;COD and SS in the effluent of MBR were less than 16mg/L and 5mg/L respectively;The removal efficiency for COD and SS of MBR was more than 90%.
