摘要:利用金相显微镜、能谱仪等分析方法,分析研究了脱硫装置中钛制减压阀的腐蚀原因。结果表明,由于二脱硫装置停用缓蚀剂后排出的废水混入一脱硫装置的原料液中,进而使反应液中形成了草酸等还原性有机酸溶液,最终造成钛制减压阀发生腐蚀。
The masons of the corrosion occurred in the titanium pressure - relief valve in the desulfurizing unit were studied by optical microscope and energy spectrometer. The results showed that the reducing organic acid solution include oxalic acid which were generated in the reaction liquid caused the corrosion of the titanium pressure - relief valve, which mostly because the feed solution in the 1 # desulfurizing unit were mixed with the waste water discharged by 2 # desulfurizing unit fight after the time when the inhibitor were stopped being used anymore.
