摘要:双转子连续混炼挤出机转子结构对制备的复合材料性能有较大影响。文中运用2种不同结构的转子,通过母粒熔融共混方法制备了聚丙烯/多壁碳纳米管导电复合材料,并对其微观结构、流变学、导电性、力学性能进行了测试,研究了转子结构对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,低转速下混沌转子的分散和分布混合能力均高于经典转子;采用混沌转子制备的复合材料性能更优;其导电渗流阈值低至0. 4%,体积电阻率低至105Ω·cm量级,拉伸强度达到26. 52 MPa,弯曲模量达到1544. 85 MPa,冲击韧性达到23. 98 k J/m2,断裂伸长率在16. 14%以上。
The rotor structure of two-rotor continuous mixing extruder has a great influence on properties of the prepared composites. In this paper, PP/multiwall carbon nanotube conductive composites were prepared by masterbatch melt blending method. Its microstructure,rheology,conductivity,mechanical properties,and further effect of rotor structure on the properties of composites were studied. The research results indicate that the chaotic rotors at low rotational speed have better dispersive and distributed mixing ability than the classic rotors;the properties of composites prepared by the chaotic rotors are better than by the classic rotors. The conductive threshold of composites prepared by the chaotic rotors is as low as 0. 4%;its resistivity is reduced to the magnitude of 10^5Ω·cm;its tensile strength reaches 26. 52MPa;its impact toughness also reaches 23. 98 kJ/m^2;its elongation at break is above 16. 14%.
