摘要:以枯草芽孢杆菌B99-2为研究对象,通过对填料、润湿剂、分散剂、稳定剂、UV保护剂的筛选,确定了枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂的最佳配方。最佳配方为填料硅藻土10%,分散剂PVA7.2%,润湿剂D4254.8%,稳定剂CMC-Na2.0%,保护剂FWA0.1%。测定结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂芽孢含量达2.0×1010cfu/g,悬浮率79%,润湿时间48s,热贮分解率23.6%,产品各项指标均达到国家标准。
Through researching on the formulation of the wettable powder of Bacillus subtilis B99-2,the optimal formulation were confirmed as follows:the content of filler diatomite,dispersing agent PVA,wetting agent D425,stabilizer CMC-Na,UV protection agents FWA were 10,7.2,4.8,2.0 and 0.1% respectively.The quality detection showed that the spores content of Bacillus subtilis B99-2 wetting powder could come up to 2.0×1010 cfu/g,and suspension rate of the production was 79%,and the dispersion time was 48 s and therma...
