摘要：淀粉样蛋白聚集物与阿尔茨海默氏病、帕金森氏病和Ⅱ型糖尿病等许多疾病的密切相关。为抑制tau蛋白聚集,设计并合成了一种大环β-折叠肽抑制剂。通过紫外光谱、荧光光谱测定了其光谱性质;通过硫代黄素ThS荧光法研究了其对tau蛋白模拟肽聚集过程的抑制效果。结果发现该抑制剂能有效的抑制tau蛋白的聚集,对治疗阿尔茨海默氏病等疾病药物的开发提供了新的研究思路。
Amyloid protein aggregation is associated with many intractable diseases,including Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease and typeⅡdiabetes.To inhibit the aggregation of tau protein,aβ-sheet peptide inhibitor was designed and synthesized.Its spectral properties were investigated by UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy respectively.The inhibition of tau protein mimetic peptide aggregation was evaluated by ThS.The results show that the peptide inhibitor has a good inhibition for the aggregation of tau protein.This study provides a new idea for treatment the Alzheimer’s disease.
