摘要：随着人类社会进入风险社会时期,特大城市出现了急速转型的社会结构、多元复杂的人口规模以及深刻调整的利益格局,为此,亟需探索其社会稳定风险的量化评估和治理架构。文章以上海市Z"城中村"动迁事件为调研对象,从依法决策、民众态度、补偿安置、舆情反馈、社会影响五个维度出发,分析得出Z"城中村"动迁事件的整体风险系数,并提出特大城市社会稳定风险的识别与防范策略,以促进特大城市社会稳定风险治理能力的现代化。
With the expansion of the cities and the diversification of the urban population,the megacities will inevitably encounter social risks beyond general logic in the fields of resources,environment and public safety.This article,based on the relocation event of “Z City Village” in Shanghai,focuses on the five dimensions of legal decision-making,public attitudes,compensation and resettlement,public opinion feedback,and social influence.Accordingly,the overall risk factor of the relocation event of “Z City Village” is estimated,the strategies to identify,prevent and govern social stability risks in megacities are proposed.
