摘要:NOVELTY - A separated protein having amino acid sequence containing specific nucleic acid sequence, is new. USE - As separated protein for catalyzing the monosaccharide and alcohol to carry out inverse hydrolysis reaction to form glycoside, used in catalyzing the monosaccharide and alcohol to carry out inverse hydrolysis reaction to form the glycoside. ADVANTAGE - The separated protein provides new protein having beta-glucosidase activity as the catalyst in catalyzing monosaccharide and alcohol to perform inverse hydrolysis to form glucoside. The beta-glucosidase has better heat stability compared with traditional almond betaglucosidase and can bear higher concentration of glucose compared with the beta-glucosidase from multiple other microorganisms. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A separated protein comprising: (a) a protein containing amino acid sequence having 445 amino acids (SEQ ID NO: 2) as given in the specification; and (b) protein at least 70% similar to protein (a) and derived by (a) having glucosidase activity and formed by substituting, missing or adding the amino acid sequence in (a) with amino acids, is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) new separated nucleic acid, which is (1) the nucleic acid comprising the nucleotide sequence containing 1338 nucleic acids (SEQ ID NO: 1) as given in the specification; (2) the nucleic acid encoding the following protein (a) or (b): (a) the protein comprising SEQ ID NO: 2; (b) the protein at least 70% similar to the (a) amino acid sequence and derived by the (a), having glucosidase activity and formed by substituting, missing or adding the amino acid sequence in (a) with amino acids; (2) new recombinant expression vector comprising the nucleic acid; (3) new recombinant expression transformant comprising the recombinant expression vector; and (4) preparing recombinant glycosidase.
