摘要:为了改善纳米碳酸钙在PVC基体中的分散性、相容性,利用邻苯二甲酸酐和乙二醇丁醚单酯化,采用NaOH水溶液进行中和,制得邻苯二甲酸单乙二醇丁醚酯钠盐(PAE)。采用湿法对纳米碳酸钙进行表面处理,然后将纳米碳酸钙添加至聚氯乙烯(PVC)中进行改性研究。通过PVC制品的冲击强度、拉伸、TEM、SEM等测试表明,PAE优于常用的纳米碳酸钙表面改性剂硬脂酸钠,在不降低强度、模量的同时能明显提高PVC的冲击强度。
To improve the dispersion and compatibility of nano-CaCO3 in PVC matrix, the phthalic acid ethylene glycol monobutyl ether ester sodium salt (PAE) was prepared through single-esterification with phthalie anhydride and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and neutralization was with Na0H aqueous solution. Utilizing wet modification was used to treat the surface of nanometer calcium carbonate which was then added into PVC matrix to study on the roughing in polyvinyl chloride (PVC). PAE was better than the common surface modifier sodium stearate through impact strength, tensile, TEM, SEM and other tests; it significantly improved the impact strength of PVC without reducing of modulus and strength at the same time.
