摘要:针对原油变重的问题 ,胜利炼油厂在常减压蒸馏装置上采用强化蒸馏添加剂 ,只需增加添加剂的加入和混合设施 ,在不改动原有工艺流程和操作条件的情况下进行了工业应用试验。结果表明 ,加入 5 0 μg/g的添加剂T118和T2 18 A可分别使减压蜡油的平均收率 (对原油 )提高 1.0 4个百分点和 1.41个百分点 ,并且可改善减压蜡油的质量 ,是一项适合国情的重油加工技术。
The intensification test of atmospheric residue distillation to increase the yield of vacuum gas oil by adding additives was carried out on the vacuum distillation unit in Shengli Refinery. The original process flow and the operating conditions were maintained, the only variation was an additive adding and a mixing device was installed. The test result showed that an addition of 50 μg/g T118 and 50 μg/g T218 could increase VGO yields by 1.05% and 1.41% respectively. The quality of VGO was also improved.
