摘要：现代政党政治时代,执政合法性是任何政党执政的前提条件。执政党执政合法性基础不是静止不变的,而是随着社会历史环境的变迁而处于不断地变化之中。对于处在社会转型时期的中国,各种复杂的问题对执政党传统合法性的资源和基础构成了严峻挑战。中国共产党提出建设服务型政党,着力夯实党的执政基础、提高党的执政能力、以法治规范党的建设,这对于维护和发展党的执政合法性具有重大意义。
In party government era,the ruling legitimacy is the prerequisites for any political party in power.The foundation of the ruling legitimacy is not static,and it is in constant change along with the social and historical change.At present,all kinds of complex problems pose severe challenges to the resources and the foundation of traditional legitimacy of the ruling party in transformation period.Constructing service-oriented party put forward by the CPC is helpful for consolidating the party＇s ruling foundation,improving the party＇s ruling ability,and regulating the party＇s construction by the rule of law,which is significant for maintaining and developing the ruling legitimacy.
