摘要:通过对高压聚乙烯反应系统进行火用计算与分析 ,结果表明 ,由传热不可逆造成的内部火用损为主要的火用损。一、二、三段反应器的内部火用损各占其总火用损的 97.78%、98.87%、85 .44 %。并提出了相应的节能措施和优化方案。
In this paper, the exergy calculation and analysis about the reaction system of the high pressure polyethylene were carried out. It showed that the inner exergy losses resulted from irreversible heat-transfer was the main. The ratio of the inner exergy losses to the total exergy losses of the three reaction segments was 97.78? 98.87 and 85.44 percent respectively. A saving energy steps and the optimum schemes were develped.
