摘要:合成了新型大分子油溶性降粘剂EP系列,加入2 g/L EP-12的辽河特稠(冷东3#)原油,50℃的降粘率可达87.0%.以收率为指标优化EP降粘剂,较佳的合成工艺条件是:脂肪酸碳链长度为12个碳原子,酸醇摩尔比为1.2:1,催化剂用量为5%,反应时间为16 h,收率为98.0%.初步探讨了降粘剂的组成结构及降粘剂的碳链长度对降粘性能的影响.
The higher fatty acid esters (EP) were synthesized as a new-type oil-soluble viscosity reducer for Liaohe extremely viscous crude oil such as Lengdong No. 3 crude. When EP-12 was added to the Lengdong No. 3 crude at 2 g/L, the viscosity reduction rate is 87.0% at 50℃.The optimal synthetic conditions of EP-12 were found as follows, the carbon chains lengths of raw materials are 12 C, the molar ratio of acid to alcohol is 1.2:1, the dosage of catalyst is 5%, the reaction time is 16 h and the yield of EP-12 is 98.0%. The influence of the structure characteristics and the carbon chain lengths of viscosity-reducers on viscosity reducibility were discussed simultaneously.
