摘要:研究了聚亚苯基苯并二噻唑分子量、纺丝工艺、热处理温度、时间、负荷等工艺条件对纤维力学性能的影响。结果表明分子量30,000左右的PBZT纤维经500~550℃、负荷410MPa、热处理12s,得到的纤维力学性能最优(抗张强度为2.29GPa,模量近3.50GPa)。纤维的直径越细、越均匀,力学性能越好。
Poly(p-phenylenebenzothiazole)(PBZT), with wholly aromatic, rigid extended chain, exhibits ultra-hign strength, ultra-high modulus and excellent thermal-oxide and environmental stability. It can be used as the structure materials in aviation and other special cases. The polymers with different molecular weight have been synthesized and the PBZT fibers were processed by dry jet wet spinning technique at liquid crystal phase. The effects on the mechanical properties of PBZT fiber, such as molecular weight of the polymer, the diameter of fibers, the temperature, duration time and loading tension of heat treatment were studied. The mechanical properties of PBZT fiber would show the best when the molecular weight is about 30,000 and the heat treatment at 500℃, 12s and loading tension about 410MPa. The finner the diameter of the fibers, the higher the mechanical properties of PBZT fiber.
