摘要:选取聚乙烯醇作为凝胶剂,海藻酸钠和活性炭作为助凝剂,采用凝胶包埋法固定化UBD菌并用于炼油污水的处理。研究结果表明,固定化小球具有良好的机械强度、弹性、渗透性等物理性质,可以重复利用并保持良好的活性。菌种固定化后明显改善了炼油污水的处理效果,COD和石油类物质的去除率均高于游离菌和无菌小球。
Using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as coagulant,sodium alginate and activated carbon as coagulant- support, chemical embedding technique was used to immobilize the UBD microorganism for treating refining wastewater. Test results showed that the prepared immobilized microbial cells exhibited good mechanical strength,elasticity, permeability and other physical properties, which could be reused with good activity.After immobilization, the biodegradation effect of UBD microorganism was improved significantly; the removal rate of COD and hydrocarbons was 75% and 90%, respectively, which was better than that of dissociative UBD and germfree cells.
