摘要:建立了椭圆管式闭式冷却塔的实验测试平台,通过改变管内水进口温度和流量、空气质量流量、空气干湿球温度、喷淋水流量等以测试其传热性能,采用Poppe和D reybal的假设处理数据,得到了管外水膜对流传热系数和水膜与空气传质系数,实验结果表明:水膜传热系数是空气质量流量和喷淋水温度的函数,与已知文献中M izush i-na,N iitsu,Parker等给出的经验公式不一样;水膜与空气传质系数是空气质量流速的函数。实验拟合的水膜传热系数和传质系数对椭圆管式闭式冷却塔的优化设计有一定的指导作用。
An experimental platform was built for oval tube closed circuit cooling tower.The heat transfer performance of oval tube closed circuit cooling tower was tested by varying water temperature and flow rate in the tube,air mass flow rate,air wet/dry bulb temperature,deluge water flow rate and so on.The Popple and Dreybal analysis for evaporative coolers were presented for data processing.From the experimental results,the correlations for the water film heat transfer coefficient,air-water mass transfer coefficient were developed.Experimental tests show that the water film heat transfer coefficient is a function of air mass flow rate and mean deluge water temperature,which is different from those empirical equations in the reference literature of Mizushina,Niitsu,Parker,et al,while air-water mass transfer coefficient is a function of air mass flow rate.The heat and mass transfer coefficients obtained from experiments can be referred in optimal design for oval tube closed circuit cooling towers.
