摘要：恒压操作条件下,过滤常数K的测定和滤饼比阻γ的计算是过滤过程研究的重要内容。对于一定浓度的悬浮液和操作压差,在一定的温度下,γ是常数,但在过滤操作中,设备因素和操作条件可能会影响γ数据的稳定性。为此,通过实验对可能影响γ的因素,如过滤器排气状态、悬浮液温度变化、操作压差的波动和悬浮液的固含量,作了分析与探讨。
Under the conditions of the constant pressure operation,it is an important content of researching the filter process to determine the filter constant K and calculate the filter cake resistance γ.The filter cake resistance γ is a constant if the suspension density,operating pressure and the temperature are certain.But in the course of the filter operation,equipment factors and operation condition may influence the data stability of the filter cake resistance γ.Therefore,some factors influencing the filter cake resistance γ are discussed, such as the exhaust condition of the filter,the suspension temperature change, fluctuation of operation pressure and suspension solid content.
