摘要:以聚1,4-丁二醇己二酸酯(PBA)为软段,4,4'-二苯基甲基二异氰酸酯和扩链剂丁二醇(或不加)为硬段,经一步法合成了不同软段相对分子质量的PBA型聚氨酯(PU)。借助DSC法、X射线、TEM法等对试样性能进行了分析。当PBA相对分子质量从500增加到2000时,软段玻璃化转变温度则由-22.9℃减小到-39.7℃,微观相分离程度由0.13增加到0.27,PBA型PU由无链段结晶变成含有许多软、硬段结晶,从而使拉伸强度和伸长率分别由1.43MPa,324%提高到3.16MPa,819%。
A series of segmented polyester based polyurethane elastomers in the range of molecular weight of polyester between 500 and 2 000, were prepared using poly(1,4-butanediol hexandioic acid ) ester (PBA)and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate extended with 1,4-butanediol. The influence of molecular weight of soft segment on structure,morphology and properties of polyurethane was studied by DSC,X-ray, TEM and tensile testing. When the molecular weight of PBA increased from 500 to 2 000, the glass-transition temperature of soft segment decreasedfrom-22.9℃to-39.7℃,microphase separation degree increased from0.13 to 0.27,the polyurethane varied from no evidence of crystallinity to more crystallinity of soft and hard segment,and the tensile strength and elongation increased from 1. 43 MPa, 324% to 3. 16 MP a,819% respectively.
