摘要:Peroxynitrite (ONOO-), as an important reactive oxygen species (ROS), plays a significant role in pathological and physiological processes, and abnormal levels of ONOO? will lead to many diseases. Thus, novel fluorescent probe for detecting ONOO- is in urgent need. Herein, we constructed a probe TPPB with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristic based on triphenylamine and boronate group. The probe TPPB possesses remarkable performances including high selectivity in the presence of other ROSs, low detection limit (32 nM) and large Stokes shift (215 nm) toward ONOO-. Besides, probe TPPB shows low cytotoxicity and good imaging ability of ONOO- in living cells ? 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.
