摘要:NOVELTY - Triterpenoid saponin preparation involves preparing aqueous and alcoholic extract of balloon flower containing triterpenoid saponin sugar ligand. Platycodon grandiflorum is crushed and extracted using 2 times of water then extracts are combined, then concentrated, and then ethanol is added till the alcohol content reaches to 75%. The extracts are stirred and kept, then filtered the extract. USE - Method for preparing triterpenoid saponin (claimed) used in herbal medicine. ADVANTAGE - The triterpenoid saponin preparation is easy to prepare, cost-effective, and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Triterpenoid saponin preparation involves preparing aqueous and alcoholic extract of balloon flower containing triterpenoid saponin sugar ligand. Platycodon grandiflorum is crushed and extracted using 2 times of water then extracts are combined, then concentrated, and then ethanol is added till the alcohol content reaches to 75%. The extracts are stirred and kept, then filtered the extract. Radix bupleuri, radix phytolaccae, triterpenoid saponin of balsam pear containing sugar ligand are crushed and then petroleum ether is added, the dregs are removed to obtain the rear, the traditional Chinese medicine dregs are extracted with ethanolic solution to obtain the extraction liquid. Alcohol content in bellflower extract and ethanol precipitation liquid filtrate radix, pokeweed, bitter melon extract is adjusted to 85-98%, and then active carbon is added. The filtrate is decolorized and ethanol is removed by rotary evaporation. Reverse phase chromatography is used to remove non-saponin material, the mass ratio of the sample volume and the filler is 1:10-1:5. Polar substances are washed with 10-30% of aqueous methanol, then 60-100% of aqueous methanol to wash triterpenoid saponins parts, and finally methanol is retained on reverse phase packing material. Elution volume is 3-6 time of column volume is effectively combined with eluent, then concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain triterpenoid saponin component.
