摘要：成人因水平不一,学习要求多样化的特点,原有传统的手工教学管理模式已经无法满足他们的学习要求。通过搭建科学高效的信息平台,有效地解决教学管理及工学矛盾。
The traditional manual teaching management mode has been unable to meet their demands for learning because of the different levels of adults and the characteristics of diverse requirements for learning. Through establishing a scientific and efficient information platform, the contradiction of teaching management and the balance between working and studying can be effectively solved.
