摘要:对轴径向反应器的工业应用类型及存在的问题进行了研究 ,指出掌握轴径向反应器流体流动的特性是轴径向反应器应用成败的关键。用多维Ergen方程和连续性方程描述了轴径向床中流体流动的特征 ,其数学模拟结果得到大型冷模试验的证实。结果表明 。
Study on industrial application type of axial and radial flow reactor and existing problems have been made, it is indicated that to master the characteristic of fluid flow in the axial and radial flow reactor is the key of success or failure in its application. Using the multi-dimension Ergen equation and continuity equation, the author has described the characteristic of fluid flow in the axial and radial beds, its mathematic simulation result has been proved by big type cold model test. The result indicates that the optimum height of catalyst sealing in the axial and radial reactor will depend on that the shortest retention time in the catalyst sealing is not less than average retention time of fluid.
