摘要:在聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶链段上引入葡萄糖分子,同时在水凝胶内嵌入聚苯乙烯胶体晶体,制备了葡萄糖敏感型聚丙烯酰胺胶体晶体膜。伴刀豆球蛋白可与葡萄糖分子偶合而在聚合物链段间形成交联,水凝胶体积收缩,胶体晶体带隙蓝移约30 nm。相对于固定在聚丙烯酰胺链上的葡萄糖分子,伴刀豆球蛋白与游离葡萄糖分子的偶合常数更大,游离葡萄糖可打断已形成于聚合物链上的葡萄糖与伴刀豆球蛋白间的交联,胶体晶体带隙红移。研究表明:该胶体晶体水凝胶可检测最低葡萄糖浓度为5 mmol/L,且离子强度(50 mmol/L NaCl溶液)对葡萄糖浓度分析时带隙位移没有影响。
The polymerized crystalline colloidal array (PCCA) hydrogel film was made by introducing glucose and polystyrene crystalline colloidal array (CCA) into polyacrylamide hydrogel. The hydrogel film shrinks arising from the association between glucose and concanavalin A (Con. A) results in the stop band of PCCA blue shifts correspondingly about 30 nm. Because of higher association constant between Con. A and free glucose compared to glucose on polyacrylamide chain, free glucose can break the crosslinkage between Con. A and glucose in the polymer matrix, and the stop band of PCCA will red shift. The results show that, the minimum concentration of glucose which can be detected is 5 mmol/L and the ionic strength (50 mmol/L NaCl solution) has no influence on the stop band shift of PCCA.
