摘要:在我国提高国际竞争力的背景下,转变工程人才培养模式显得日益迫切。本文选取美国麻省理工学院、加州理工学院与中国华东理工大学三所高校,从办学理念、培养目标、课程体系、教学模式四个方面对其化工本科人才培养模式进行了比较分析,以探索我国高等工程教育的优势和不足,并提出转变化工本科人才培养模式的思路和对策。
The pattern transition of China engineering education is becoming increasingly urgent in the context of improving Chinese international competitiveness. This paper selects chemical undergraduate's education pattern of three colleges and universities (MIT, Caltech, and ECUST), and carries on the comparative analysis from the idea of running a university(college), education objectives, curriculum sys- tem, teaching modes. This paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of engineering education in China, and puts forward ideas and measures of changing chemical undergraduate's education in China.
