摘要:采用胶体化学方法制备了SnO_2.ZnO微粒的水溶胶和有机溶胶,实验结果表明,SnO_2·ZnO胶体存在着明显的量子尺寸效应。应用L-B膜技术制备了SnO_2·Zno纳米微粒/硬脂酸交替L-B膜,用原子力显微镜观察了SnO_2·ZnO纳米微粒/硬脂酸交替L-B膜的形貌。通过加热除去硬脂酸后的SnO_2·ZnO膜有好的气敏性及对酒精的选择性。
The hydrosol and the organosol of SnO_2·ZnO nanometer particles were prepared by colloid chemistry method. The experimental results indicate that there exist profound quantum size effects in SnO_2·ZnO colloids.The SnO_2·ZnO nanometer particle stearic acid alternating L-B films were prepared by the L-B film formation technigue. The SnO_2·ZnO nanometer particle L-B films have been investigated by means of AFM,After stearic acid has been cleaned from the SnO_2·ZnO namometer particles by heating,the SnO_2·ZnO thin solid film is high gas-sensitive and selectivity to C_2H_5OH.
