摘要：“绿色+智造”的相互融合可以赋能先进制造业高质量发展,是建设制造强国的必然选择。当前,我国先进制造业在生产经营、科技创新和产业集群三个方面均呈现良好的发展态势,但仍面临“绿色+智造”自主创新能力不足、“绿色+智造”融合程度不高、行业和区域发展不平衡等瓶颈。因此,应完善顶层设计并构建绿色智造体系,培育产业集群并树立绿色智造标杆,着力科创引领并鼓励绿色智造创新,构建联动模式来推进区域协同发展,推动实现先进制造业高质量发展。
The integration of"green and intelligent manufacturing"can boost the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing,which is an inevitable choice for building a manufacturing power.At present,China's advanced manufacturing industry has shown a good development trend in the three aspects of production and operation,scientific and technological innovation and industrial clusters,but it still faces bottlenecks such as the lack of independent innovation ability of"green and intelligent manufacturing",the low degree of integration of"green and intelligent manufacturing",and the outstanding imbalance of industry and regional development.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the top-level design and build a green manufacturing system,cultivate industrial clusters and establish green intelligent manufacturing models,focus on scientific innovation to lead and encourage green intelligent innovation,and build a linkage model to promote regional coordinated development in order to promote the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing.
