摘要:采用三步共缩聚法制得聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚醚酯/锑掺杂二氧化锡复合聚酯。用红外光谱和核磁共振表征了复合聚酯的分子链结构:锑掺杂二氧化锡表面的羟基与聚醚酯链段上的β二元酸反应生成了氢键,有利于其在复合聚酯中的分散;对苯二甲酸二乙酯与聚醚酯共缩聚生成了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚醚酯共聚酯。扫描电镜和透射电镜结果表明:锑掺杂二氧化锡团聚体尺寸为50-150 nm,在聚合物基体中均匀分散。差示扫描量热测试表明:聚醚酯和锑掺杂二氧化锡的引入提高了复合材料的结晶速率、结晶度和结晶热稳定性。熔融纺丝后制得的抗静电复合涤纶纤维的体积比电阻为3.4×10^8Ω·cm。
Polyethylene terephathalate (PET)-polyether ester(PEE)/antimony doped tin oxide (ATO) composites (PET-PEE/ATO) were prepared by means of three-step co-polyeondensation. The molecular chain structure of PET-PEE/ATO was investigated using infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance. Hydrogen bond was formed between the surface hydroxyl of ATO and the β diearboxylic acid of PEE block. As a result, ATO had a good distribution in PET-PEE/ATO matrix. Bis-(2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHET) co-polycondensed with PEE and formed PET-PEE copolymer. SEM and TEM show that the sizes of ATO particles are about 50-150 nm, and ATO particles are dispersed equally in the matrix. Differential scanning calorimetry shows that, the crystallization rate, the crystallization degree and the thermal property of PET-PEE/ATO composites are improved by the inducing of PEE and ATO into PET. The specific resistance of the fiber prepared by the PET-PEE/ATO composites is about 3. 4 ×10^8Ω·cm
