摘要：政府工作报告是当年青年发展问题的集中呈现。通过对新中国成立后52份政府工作报告的定量分析发现,学生是政府视野中最典型的青年形象。然而,政府视野中的青年形象不是一成不变的,青年形象的构建既与青年自身发展的需要相关,更与社会发展的需求相关。教育既是提升青年成为人才精英的最重要阶梯,也是促使青年陨落为弱势群体的最重要因素。为此,如何正确看待教育尤其是高等教育,是青年和政府在未来都需要谨慎考虑的问题。
The government work report can reflect the youth development problems in that year.The result from the quantitative analysis of 52 government work reports after the founding of the People’s Republic of China is that young students are the most typical image of youth in the vision of the government.However,the image of youth in the vision of the government is not unchangeable.The construction of youth image is not only related to the needs of youth’s own development,but also to the needs of social development.Education is not only the most important step to promote the youth to become the talent elite,but also the most important factor to lead the youth to fall into the vulnerable groups.Therefore,how to treat education(especially higher education)correctly is a problem that both the youth and the government should consider carefully in the future.
