摘要：介绍了为某涤纶厂开发的专家系统ESPET(Expert system for PET)的监督控制子系统SCPET和故障诊断子系统FDPET。SCPET可根据主要工艺参数预测精度的大小。FDPET综合利用浅层、深层知识,对PET聚合工段进行故障诊断。
A Supervisory control subsystem SCPET and a failure diagnosis subsystem FDPET of an expert system ESPET developed for a dacron factory are introduced, here. The SCPET can predict viscosity according to major technological parameters. Comprehensively utilizing shallow and deep level knowledge, the FDPET conducts failure diagnosis to the PET polymerizing workshop section.
