摘要：综述了近年来酒石酸衍生物作为手性选择剂在对映体的高效液相色谱 (HPLC)拆分中的应用。主要包括两个方面 :酒石酸衍生物作为手性流动相添加剂 (CMP)和酒石酸衍生物被制备成手性固定相 (CSP)的研究状况。阐述了酒石酸衍生物手性拆分对映体的多种机理 ,并对酒石酸衍生物在对映体的 HPLC手性拆分中的应用前景做了展望。
This review presents tartaric acid derivatives as chiral selectors in the separation of enantiomers in HPLC. Two main aspects are covered: trataric acid derivatives act as chiral mobile phase additives; tartaric acid derivatives are used for preparing chiral stationary phase. Several kinds of chiral recognition mechanism of tartaric acid derivatives as chiral selectors are discussed and the development trends of tartaric acid derivatives as chiral selectors in the separation of enantiomers in HPLC are prospected.
