摘要：中国近年网络舆论危机不断爆发,主要有四个背景:处于社会转型期、政府公信力缺失、公众民主意识增强以及网络媒体的工具性普及。对于网络舆论危机的生成,既有新闻学和心理学的诱因解释,又有传播学和混沌学的过程分析。在剖析其正负面影响的同时,各个研究阶段,学者们提出了不同的危机应对和化解方法。
In recent years, China’s network public opinion crisis broke out constantly, and there are four main background: social transition, the government’s lack of credibility, the public democratic consciousness enhancement and network media's widely use. For the generation of network public opinion crisis, we both have journalism and psychological inducement explanation, and communication and chaos thoery’s process analysis. Scholars analyze its positive and negative effects, and in every stage of the research, they have proposed different crisis response andmethods.
