摘要：谷胱甘肽是生物体内最重要的低分子活性巯基化合物之一,还原型谷胱甘肽临床用于治疗肝脏疾病、肿瘤、氧中毒、衰老和内分泌疾病等。本文对还原型谷胱甘肽的结构、生理功能、应用和生产的研究进展作一综述。
Glutathione is one of the most important low-molecular-mass thiols in organisms. Reduced glutathione is used for liver diseases, tumor, oxygen toxicity, senescence and endocrine diseases in clinical practice. This paper summarizes the progress on the structure, physiological function, application and production of reduced glutathione.
