摘要：政治风险会对中国企业的对外投资策略产生影响。本文针对东道国政治风险所包括的12个要素,分析其了对中国企业的对外直接投资产生的影响。研究表明,东道国的政府稳定性、拒绝腐败程度对中国对外直接投资具有显著影响。东道国的社会经济状况、投资回报以及法规三个因素对中国企业对外直接投资也存在一定影响。在此基础上,本文提出应建立东道国政治风险评估体系,与更多国家和地区建立保护投资的双边条约。
Political risk may impact on Chinese enterprises＇ foreign investment strategies. The paper target the host country polit- ical risk which included 12 elements to analyze the impact it does on the foreign direct investment by Chinese enterprises. The research has shown that host government stability, the degree of refuse to corruption has a significant influence on Chinese for- eign direct investment. The factors that host country＇s social economic condition, return on investment and regulations also have an effect on Chinese enterprises foreign direct investment. On this basis, the paper puts forward that we should build the host country political risk assessment system, and establish a treaty about the protection of both parties with more countries and regions.
