摘要:针对国内外烷基化分离间对甲酚的工艺差别,研究了以强酸树脂为催化剂,在塔式淤浆反应器中的异丁烯与混甲酚烷基化反应。考察了反应温度、异丁烯空速等因素对反应的影响,对异丁烯齐聚的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,异丁烯空速和温度对反应影响显著,都存在最优的工艺条件;在最优温度60℃,最优异丁烯空速8.49 min-1时,该反应体系中混酚收率能达85%。
Since the differences of separation technology of cresol at home and abroad,with strong acidic resin as catalyst,the alkylation reaction of cresol and isobutylene was investigated in the tower reactor.Through the experiment,the influence of reaction temperature and isobutene flow rate on the reaction had been studied.The effect factors of isobutene oligomerization had been discussed,too.The result showed that reaction temperature and isobutene flow rate had a significant impact on the reaction.The optimal temperature was 60 ℃,the optimal space velocity of isobutene was 8.49 min-1.Under the optimal condition,yield of di-tert-butyl was 85 %.
