摘要："一带一路"倡议作为中国深度参与全球治理的顶层设计,要建成和平之路、繁荣之路、开放之路、创新之路和文明之路,面临来自坚持零和博弈、赢者通吃、新自由主义、科技保护主义、普世价值等西方全球治理理念的挑战。"一带一路"倡议从中华文明中汲取智慧,为改革和完善全球治理贡献中国的和平智慧、发展智慧、开放智慧、创新智慧和文明智慧,引领全球治理变局走向公正合理健康的方向。
The Belt and Road Initiative,as the top-level design of China’s deep participation in global governance,needs to be built on the road of peace,prosperity,openness,innovation and civilization,and faces challenges from Western global governance concepts such as adhering to zero-sum game,winner taking all,New Liberalism,technology protectionism and universal values.The Belt and Road Initiative draws wisdom from Chinese civilization,contributes Chinese wisdom of peace,development,openness,innovation and civilization to reforming and improving global governance in orfer to leads the global governance to a fair and reasonable direction.
