摘要：非研发创新一直以来被传统的创新研究所忽视,由此导致了企业在战略制定以及政府在创新政策支持上长期忽略其重要性。越来越多的研究表明:非研发创新对企业,尤其是中小企业的创新能力和绩效都具有重大影响。首先介绍了非研发创新的概念与内涵,分析了非研发创新是企业创新的主要途径;其次,对非研发创新的多样化模式以及非研发创新对创新绩效的影响进行了研究;最后,分析了已有非研发创新的研究缺口,并对非研发创新的未来研究方向进行了展望。
The Non-Research and Development （Non-R＆D） innovation research refers to the enterprise innovative activities outside R＆D innovation,hut the traditional innovation research takes R＆D innovation as the main way,even the only way to enterprise innovation,this led to the Non-R＆D innovation has long been ignored by the theoretical research and policy makers to a great extent. A growing number of studies have shown that：the Non-R＆D innovation has important influence on innovation ability and the performance of enterprises, especially on small and medium-sized enterprise. This paper first introduces the concept and connotation of Non-R＆D innovation,analyzed the Non-R＆D innovation is the main way of enterprise innovation. Second,analyzed the impact of Non-R＆D innovation on innovation performance, and summarized the diversification of the innovation pattern. Finally this paper pointed out the existing gap of Non-R＆D innovation research, and the future research direction.
