摘要：基于2011-2019年的城市面板数据,使用多种计量模型实证分析数字经济发展对城市创新能力的影响和作用机制。结果表明:数字经济发展有利于提升城市创新能力,且这种提升效应在东部和南方地区以及大城市更为明显。促进产业结构的合理化和高级化是数字经济发展提升城市创新能力的重要机制;信息基础设施和金融发展在数字经济发展对城市创新能力的影响中发挥着正向的调节作用;数字经济发展对城市创新能力具有显著的正向空间溢出效应;数字经济发展对城市创新能力影响效应呈现“边际递增”的非线性关系。为此,应积极推进数字生态赋能创新发展,制定差异化的数字经济发展战略,充分发挥数字经济的空间溢出效应。
Based on the urban panel data from 2011 to 2019 in our country, this paper uses a variety of measurement models to empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of digital economic development on urban innovation capacity. The empirical results show that the development of the digital economy is conducive to the improvement of urban innovation capacity, which is more obvious in eastern and southern area and big cities. The rationalization and advanced development of the industrial structure are important for the development of the digital economy to promote urban innovation capacity. Meanwhile, information infrastructure and financial development play a positive regulatory in the impact of digital economic development on urban innovation capacity. The development of the digital economy has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on urban innovation capacity. Besides, the effect of the digital economic development on urban innovation capacity presents a non-linear relationship of “marginal increasing”. Therefore, It is necessary to actively promote the digital ecology to empower the development of innovation, formulate a differentiated digital economy development strategy, and give full play to the spatial spillover effect of the digital economy.
