摘要:标题化合物为一类新型的海洋防污剂,但在海水样品中因其较低的溶解度使得其含量十分低。为此,建立了同时分析检测6种标题类化合物的高效液相色谱定量分析方法,以甲醇-水溶液为流动相,Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为225和280 nm,可以实现有机溶剂中(甲醇)样品中添加的1,2-苯并异噻唑-3(2H)-酮(BIT)、3-甲基-2-苯并噻唑啉酮腙盐酸盐水合物(MBT)、5-氯-2-苯并噻唑啉酮(CBT)、6-溴-2-苯并噻唑啉酮(BBT)、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(OIT)和4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(DCOIT)6种化合物的含量分析。它们的检测下限分别为1.7×10^-6、4.1×10^-5、1.8×10^-6、1.1×10^-6、3.6×10^-7、2.5×10^-7mol/L,回收率为92%~110%,RSD为2.6%~3.6%。此外,我们还进一步考察了C18小柱固相萃取前处理方法,可以实现海水样品中添加2.5×10^-7mol/L DCOIT的分析检测,方法的回收率为92%。
A determination method for the thiazolinone and isothiazolinone in methol was established by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). The separation was performed in an Eclipse XDB-C18( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm i. d. 5 μm) column,methanol and water were used as mobile phase. A photo-diode array detector was used to detect them at 225 nm and 280 nm. The detection limits of BIT,MBT,CBT,BBT,OIT and DCOIT were 1. 7 × 10^-6,4. 1 × 10^-5,1. 8 × 10^-6,1. 1 × 10^-6,3. 6 × 10^-7,2. 5 ×10^-7mol / L. The recoveries ranged from 92% to 110% and RSD was 2. 6% ~ 3. 6%. When DCOIT was extracted by C18 SPE column,it could be successfully detect at the level of 1. 0 × 10^-7mol / L in sea water.
