摘要：本文认为,知识的学习和创造的过程实际上也是人力资本的专用性投资的过程。解决知识管理中的难题的关键是建立一个能有效激励专用性投资的制度。
This text considers, the course of learning and creating knowledge is the course of appropriative investment of manpower capital actually. Resoloing the key of different problem in knowledge management that establish one system which is able to inspirit appropriative investment.
