摘要：目的:解释抑郁症患者自我污名的产生机制及在其影响下的身份建构过程,探讨治疗过程中的去污名问题。方法:采用目的性抽样选取上海市某精神卫生中心9名抑郁症患者进行观察和深度访谈。结果:患者在身份建构过程中经历生成、觉醒和失调阶段,最终分别呈现为对自我的接纳性认同、逃避性认同或抵抗性认同。结论:患者的自我污名标签和认同的不断调试影响其获得性身份和身份的最终判断,可通过认知修正、家庭干预及病友支持等方式达到去污名效果。
Objective:To explain the mechanism of self-stigma in depressive patients and the process of identity construction under the influence of self-stigma,so as to explore the problem of de-stigma in the process of treatment.Methods:Selecting patients from a mental health center in Shanghai by using puqjosive sampling method to do the observation and in-depth interviews.Results:The patients experienced generative,awakening and imbalance stages in the process of identity construction,and eventually presented as self-acceptance,avoidance or resistance identification.Conclusion:The labels of self-stigma and identity of patients influence their acquired identity and final judgment,which can be improved by cognitive modification,family intervention and peer support.
