摘要:利用大孔吸附树脂HZ816对番茄红素进行吸附实验,研究吸附过程的动力学及热力学特性,并对吸附过程的速率控制模型进行模拟。结果表明,HZ816大孔吸附树脂对番茄红素的吸附过程符合Lagergren一级吸附动力学方程及Kannan颗粒内扩散方程,吸附过程受液膜扩散阻力及颗粒内扩散阻力的共同影响。其等温吸附规律符合Freundlich等温方程,热力学参数吸附焓变ΔH<0、吸附自由能变ΔG<0、吸附熵变ΔS>0,表明番茄红素在HZ816吸附树脂上的吸附为熵驱动的放热、熵增的自发过程,属于物理吸附范畴。
Experiments were carried out to study the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of lycopene on macroporous resin HZ816, and the speed control model of the adsorption were also studied. The results showed that the adsorption fitted very well to the first order kinetics equation and intra-particle diffusion equation, and the adsorption process was affected by both film diffusion and intra-particle diffusion. The experimental isotherms data appear to follow the Freundlich isotherm equation, with △H〈0, △G〈0 and △S〉0, which indicated that the adsorption process of lycopene on macro porous resin HZ816 was a spontaneous, entropy driven, exothennic and entropy increased process, belonging to the physical adsorption.
