摘要:对邻乙氧基苯酚-乙醛酸法合成乙基香兰素的合成路线进行了研究,重点考察了缩合反应、氧化反应过程中各因素对反应的影响。结果表明,采用物料滴加方式,反应温度52℃,反应时间6 h,n(乙醛酸)∶n(邻乙氧基苯酚)=1∶1.5,缩合产物收率可达83.84%;以新制的氢氧化铜为氧化剂,n(氢氧化铜)∶n(3-甲氧基-4-羟基扁桃酸)=2.4∶1,反应温度80℃,反应体系pH=13.5,反应时间8 h,氧化产物收率达到97.83%。该工艺流程短、收益高、污染小,具有很高的应用价值。
Ethyl vanillin was synthesized by the route of o-ethoxyphenol and glyoxylic acid.The various factors in the process of condensation reaction and oxidation reaction were studied.The results show that the material add to join,the reaction temperature is 52 ℃,the reaction time is 6 h,n(glyoxylate)∶n(oethoxyphenol)=1∶1.5,the yield of condensation product reached 83.84%;fresh copper hydroxide as oxidant,n(copper hydroxide)∶n(3-ethoxy-4-hydroxyl mandelic acid)=2.4∶1,the reaction temperature is80 ℃,reaction system pH=13.5,the reaction time for 8 h,the yield of oxidation product reached 97.83%.This process has short flow,high yield and low pollution,which has high application value.
