摘要:以三通道雾化喷嘴GE水煤浆气化炉为研究对象,应用Fluent软件分别对中心氧体积分数为14%,16%,18%和20%时气化炉内三维冷态流场进行了仿真模拟,考察不同中心氧配比对气化炉内流场分布、颗粒浓度分布和颗粒停留时间的影响。采用标准κ-ε模型描述气相湍流流动,通过SIMPLE算法求解压力速度耦合方程:采用DPM模型描述气体和颗粒相耦合,用随机轨道模型追踪水煤浆颗粒的运动。模拟结果表明:相对于其他3种情况,当中心氧体积分数为16%时,气化炉内流场分布最为合理,颗粒浓度分布最为均匀,颗粒停留时间最长。该分析结果可为实际气化炉的操作参数优化提供指导。
Based on GE coal-water slurry gasifier with three-channel atomizing nozzles,a numerical simulation is conducted to mimic three-dimensional cold flow field in the gasifier by using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software FLUENT when the center oxygen ratio is 14%,16%,18%and 20%,respectively.The effects of different center oxygen ratios on the flow field,particle concentration distribution,and particle residence time are studied.In this model,the standard K-e model is used to simulate the gas phase's turbulent flow.The pressure-velocity coupling equations are solved through the Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equations(SMPLE)method.The coupling of the gas and particle phase is handled by Discrete Phase Model(DPM)model,and the coal-water slurry particles movement is tracked by the Random-Trajectory model.The simulation results show that:the flow field distribution is most reasonable and the particle concentration distribution is the most uniform,as well as the particle residence time is the longest when the center oxygen ratio is 16%.The analysis results can provide guidance for operation optimization of the gasifier.
